Closure Announcement

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the upcoming closure of UptimeCoach. Despite our best efforts and the loyal support of customers like you, we will be discontinuing our services as of January 30, 2024. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.

What This Means for You:

Data Deletion:

In line with our commitment to data privacy and security, all customer data will be securely erased from our systems following the shutdown. We encourage you to download any necessary data from your UptimeCoach account before January 30, 2024.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds:

All active subscriptions will be canceled. If you have any remaining days in your subscription beyond our closure date, we will process a prorated refund. This refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of our closing.

Customer Support:

Our support team will be available to assist you during this transition. You can reach us at [email protected] for any questions or concerns. This email will remain active for three months post-closure, ensuring you have the necessary support during this period.

Next Steps for You:

Backup Your Data: Please ensure that you have saved all necessary information from your UptimeCoach account before January 30, 2024.

Subscription and Refunds: No action is required from you for subscription cancellations and refunds. We will handle this process, and you will be notified once the refund has been processed.
